We want you to love your Gooby pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

Pack Your Items

Securely place your items in the original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
